At Algo2Vis, your satisfaction is our primary concern. We understand the importance of flexibility and transparency in the digital product space, and therefore we have established a clear refund policy to ensure you have peace of mind throughout your purchase and usage experience.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund provided that all of the following conditions are met:

1. The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of successful purchase.

2. The number of times you have used the custom algorithm editor to run code and generate visualizations does not exceed 5.

3. The number of times you have viewed unlocked paid interactive visualization animations does not exceed 5.

4. The number of unlocked paid step-by-step explanatory contents you have browsed does not exceed 10.

5. You have not circumvented usage limits by registering multiple accounts.

6. You have not shared your account or login credentials with others.

7. The purchase was not made using any special offers, promotional discount codes, or other discounted means.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the above conditions and wish to request a refund, please email our customer support team at: support@algo2vis.com. We are committed to processing your request in a timely manner.

Refund Process

Once your application is approved, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, and the exact time for the funds to reach your account depends on your payment service provider.

Policy Limitations

To ensure reasonable use of digital products and maintain sustainable service operations, we will be unable to process a refund if your account falls into any of the following situations prior to the refund request:

1. The purchase was made more than 7 days ago.

2. It does not meet all the conditions specified in the "Refund Eligibility" section.

This policy is essential for us to continue providing high-quality services.

Regarding Policy Abuse

We carefully evaluate each refund request to prevent abuse of the policy. Algo2Vis reserves the right to deny any refund request that we deem to constitute abuse, including but not limited to: repeated refund requests over an extended period, or behavior that violates the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who abuse this policy.
